A good-value, cosy Romany caravan with lovely country views Whether you are looking for a romantic glamping break or a family get together, Ty Gwyneth offers the perfect getaway. Couples can enjoy the romance of a traditional Romany caravan and families can stay in the four-bedroom Welsh holiday cottage that sleeps up to 10 people. Located on the Cycle Trail just minutes from Wiggleys Fun Farm and in wonderful walking country, Ty Gwyneth is ideally placed for visiting Cardiff and Swansea, which are only half an hour away, Porthcawl, and the beautiful beaches of Southerndown. The Gower and the Brecon Beacons can be are an hour’s drive away. The beautifully restored gypsy wagon sits in a private garden overlooking the owners’ beef and sheep farm and has a terrace with a barbecue and a log burner patio set if you fancy cooking under the stars. There is also a self-contained shower, toilet and wash facilities in a separate cabin, as well as a mini kitchen with microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. Extra guests can pitch tents alongside the Romany Caravan, which is within easy reach of a wealth of activities such as lovely beaches, surfing, cycling, walking, horse riding, fishing, and birdwatching.
